Looking to take your lifts to the next level? Conditioning Foundations is the perfect complement to your strength training class, or if you are new to lifting, this is a great place to start. This 60-minute workout is designed to enhance strength, stability, and endurance through functional, movement-based training. This class will reinforce the mechanics behind your foundational and compound lifts, while improving mobility, core control, and explosive power. Expect dynamic drills, strategic strength-building movements, and a supportive environment that will push you to feel stronger and more confident under the bar.
