Omega Josephs is a highly experienced Doctor of Physical Therapy with nearly a decade of expertise in orthopedic, sports, and neurological rehabilitation. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Rosalind Franklin University in Chicago and has since dedicated her career to helping individuals recover from injury, improve performance, and regain function.
Her journey began in an outpatient orthopedic clinic, where she worked extensively with collegiate athletes, focusing on high-level sports recovery and concussion therapy. After relocating to Colorado, she joined a premier sports-focused facility, further refining her skills in injury prevention and rehabilitation. She then transitioned into an intensive role with a neurologist specializing in concussion and vestibular therapy, deepening her expertise in balance and neurological rehabilitation.
Passionate about helping people stay active and do what they love, Omega takes a hands-on approach to care. She is certified in dry needling and Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) and has a strong background in manual therapy, allowing her to provide highly individualized treatment plans that optimize recovery and performance.
