Hope Whitman

Hope Whitman has just returned back home to CO after years away getting her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Pacific University and starting her career in both physical therapy and personal training in Boise, ID.

Hope’s biggest strength is the ability to modify anything to make it successful for every client. She provides a very client centered, individual approach to her training and will make sure your goals are the focus. Her goal is to identify painful movements or limitations and fix them at the source, not just modify around them. Hope is not afraid to get hands on using her physical therapy expertise to quickly identify and fix any dysfunction. She believes that every individual has a key role to their own progress and keeps people accountable, engaged, and motivated!

She has years of experience in the health and fitness community. She grew up in Glenwood Springs, CO enjoying soccer, gymnastics, running, skiing/snowboarding, and hiking from a young age. She went on to play collegiate soccer at University of Colorado at Colorado Springs while studying Health Care Science.

After college, Hope wanted to continue to find a way to stay competitive with herself and began progressing with strength training and overall fitness. This, in combination with pursuing physical therapy school, gave her a great skillset to be able to help any individual meet their goals, while staying healthy and safe.

She has experience coaching individuals of all ages, as well as group fitness classes including strength training/functional fitness, and a version of a heated interval workout with minimal equipment. Hope has also spent the last 2 years as the Assistant Varsity Girls Soccer Coach for a 5A High School in Boise, ID that has expanded her coaching knowledge and expertise to sports specific, high school ages, and large groups.
