Yoga Workshop – Fine Tuning the Basics

Portrait 3Join Annette Bray on Wednesday, June 8th at 5:30pm for a yoga workshop designed to help improve your yoga practice by fine tuning the basics.  In this workshop you will learn the concept of grounding and proper alignment in 5 of the most elemental poses of yoga.  Understand the basics of yoga so that you always maintain alignment to improve both static and dynamic stability. From this place the body begins to become more mobile. You will feel what it means to have grounded connection leading to more strength and freedom in the way you move.  The ability to feel these concepts in the physical body is foundational to a yoga practice that has the ability to heal. Learn about yoga in a way you haven’t experienced before.

MoYo Movement – Wednesdays at 6pm Starting December 10th!

Join Annette Bray and experience Yoga in a whole new way.  Annette’s attention to proper body mechanics paired with precise instruction keeps your body safe from injury while improving range of motion and ultimately creating more stability.  Annette helps create awareness in movement to give you a better understanding of where the restrictions in your body reside and how you can guide yourself through poses safely and more efficiently.

MoYo Movement is a healing practice that combines yoga poses and proper body mechanics of mobility to engage the body and mind in movement. MoYo movement improves stability and increases function in the body. It encourages practitioners to stay in the moment and listen to their bodies’ messages.


Yoga Classes – Tuesdays at 7pm

yoga_classKoa Fit now offers a group Yoga class on Tuesday evenings at 7pm.  Trevor Harris will lead you in an hour Align and Flow class.  Each class in the month of October will have a specific focus (see below).  Space is limited, so reserve your spot early.
