Join Tim Marriott, Venn Performance co-owner and coach, at Koa Fit Studio for a unique and smart spin class. Build your aerobic capacity and improve your muscular strength all while learning how to get the most out of each pedal stroke. Tim, a NASM CPT, a Retul Masters Bike Fit Specialist, and a BG Level I Bike Fitter, will not only perform drills to get you a workout, but will also educate and guide you on proper technique so you are working smarter, not just harder.
*Must bring own bike. bike trainer, and mat.
