Run For The Cure – Eldorado Springs Canyon

Thursday, August 24th 6pm

Join the Koa Fit crew and help raise some money and awareness for the Colorado Cancer Foundation.  Koa Fit will be having it’s own team for this 4-mile benefit run.  We will have scheduled team runs prior to the race that you can join to help you get ready and also a Successful Running Workshop with Koa Fit friend and running coach, Chad Weller.

Join Koa Fit trainer, Brian Carver, and the Boulder Running Company for this FREE workshop.  Whether you are just getting started or are a seasoned runner, this clinic will have loads of information on how to keep yourself safe and injury free while enjoying your run.

Let the experts at Boulder Running Company get you set up with the correct fit and style of shoe for your foot and gait.  They are bringing the gear to you at this event so you can have your own personal gait analysis and fit consultation.
