Mt. Sanitas Sunrise Hike

April 6th at 5:45am

Sunrise Hike 2014

Part of the Be Balanced Community Event Series

Join Pamela Robichaud and the Koa Fit crew on Friday, April 6th at 5:45am for a Sunrise Hike up Mt. Sanitas. Start your day off right by getting some fresh air. Sunrise is at 6:37am so we should catch the sunrise close to the top of our climb. This Koa Fit tradition is the best way to start the day. We will meet at the small parking area on Mapleton, right after your cross 4th street, in front of the old hospital. We will hike up the stairs side and come down the valley.  Please bring headlamps or flashlights as we will be starting the hike in the dark.
