New Strong Balance Schedule

Starting 10/1/2019

Starting in October, Strong Balance Class will continue on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12pm, but we will no longer have class Fridays at 7am.

Tuesdays will be taught by Rebecca South.

Thursdays will continue to be taught by Amy Briggs.
