Summer + knee pain go together like campfires + marshmallows
The days are long, the miles are up and the rest days are down. For a lot of us summer means a huge increase in activity because we live in Colorado, the daylight is abundant and there’s so much to do.
If you’ve got an aching knee that talks to you with every pedal stroke, trail step, pavement contact, dance move or kick, don’t ignore it. We have a lot of awesome left in this season. Address the issue now so you can carry on with everything you do for fun.
