Join Brenna Backe for an hour of High Intensity Interval Training(HIIT). HIIT workouts have been scientifically proven to burn more calories than steady cardio, reduce blood sugar levels, increase your VO2 Max, and more. This hour class will run your through fun intervals to push you to your limits followed by a recovery period to bring your heart rate and breathing down to baseline levels. Expect to work hard, have fun, and burn, burn, burn!
