Recent studies have been exploring the connection between physical exercise and cognitive function. Working out mindfully and completely focused at the task at hand – including your breath, your posture, your frame of mind – not only makes you more productive in your workout, it also helps strengthen your cognitive function. By bringing focus and challenge to your workout, you can literally strengthen the entire body and mind.
