Join the Koa Fit Run for the Cure team and running coach, Chad Weller for an interactive running workshop as part of our Be Balanced Community Series. Chad will discuss his training method and run through drills to help you improve your running style. Whether you are new to running or want to improve your stride, Chad’s experience and knowledge will definitely give you something to take home and practice to help you become a better runner. This is open to everyone, not just Koa Fit clients, so bring your friends and family.
