Join Annette Bray on Monday, February 13th at 12pm for a free Stretch and Release Class.
Recover from your weekend and improve the mobility of your body in this 1 hour class. Annette will lead you through a series of stretches to help lengthen your muscles and create space in your joints. She will utilize balls, blocks, and other tools to help you release specific areas and regain your flexibility.
Class is free, but you must RSVP to save your spot.
