New Circuit Class

Join Tim Marriott from Venn Performance for this hour-long circuit class.  The focus of this class is functional strength to help keep your body balanced and injury-free.  This class is built as a complimentary, cross-training workout to outdoor activities such as skiing, cycling, and running.  It is a great, full-body workout that will help build strength, stamina, and cardio.

Class is limited to 10 people.
