Koa Fit Bike Break

road bikeJoin the Koa Fit crew on Friday, May 16th from 12pm-2pm for a group bike ride as part of our Be Balanced Community Series.  Get out on your lunch break and get some fresh air and exercise with a great group of people.  We will do a flat 16 mile route at a conversational pace with a few places to really put the pedal down if wanted.  This is a no-drop ride and designed for all levels and meeting points will be designated along the route.
