Boulder Ballet WorkoutKoa Fit is proud to provide a demo of our “Strong Balance” class at Boulder Ballet on March 16th at 1pm.  Our class focuses on balancing the body and getting you to work as efficiently as possibly.  That means correcting compensation patterns that have developed in the body over time, strengthening you in ways that decrease stress on the joints and the back, and using a smart work to rest ratio to keep inflammation within your body to a minimum.  The 1 hour class will include mobility and stretching exercises combined with functional and dynamic strength moves to increase coordination, agility, and overall power.  Creating balance and symmetry in your body, instead of just pushing through hard workouts, gives you better weight loss results, lower cases of injury and sickness, long lasting lifestyle changes, and a functionally strong body.
