Yoga Classes – Tuesdays at 7pm

yoga_classKoa Fit now offers a group Yoga class on Tuesday evenings at 7pm.  Trevor Harris will lead you in an hour Align and Flow class.  Each class in the month of October will have a specific focus (see below).  Space is limited, so reserve your spot early.

October 15th – Hip Range of Motion and Opening  (Also join us for our Group Run this day at 6pm!)

October 22nd – Tension Relief for Neck and Shoulders

October 29th – Core Stability and Low Back Pain Prevention
