Be in shape BEFORE hitting the slopes this year! Nikki Costello will get you ready for those deep pow days by putting you through a circuit designed to strengthen your core and legs. The focus of this 6 week bootcamp will be on injury prevention, balance, and power. The class will meet every Saturday at 10am starting 11/3/2012, skipping the Saturday after Thanksgiving. The last session will be on 12/15/2012 so that you will be ready to ski or snowboard on your holiday vacation!
